Potential Abstract:
This research article presents a novel postindustrial behavioral framework for leveraging distributed ledger networks in the field of education. As digital technologies continue to shape our society, the potential for distributed ledgers, such as blockchain, to revolutionize educational systems is increasingly recognized. However, to effectively harness the power of these networks, a comprehensive and adaptable framework is needed to guide their implementation and utilization.
Drawing on theories from behavioral sciences and insights from artificial intelligence and education, this study proposes a multifaceted framework that considers the interplay between individual behaviors, network dynamics, and educational outcomes within a distributed ledger context. The framework aims to enhance our understanding of how various behavioral factors influence the adoption, engagement, and success of distributed ledger technologies in educational settings.
The proposed framework consists of three interconnected components: (1) Individual Behaviors: examining the cognitive and affective factors that shape individuals’ attitudes, motivations, and intentions towards utilizing distributed ledgers in education; (2) Network Dynamics: investigating the social and structural aspects of distributed ledger networks, including peer interactions, trust-building mechanisms, and information diffusion processes; and (3) Educational Outcomes: exploring the impact of distributed ledger technologies on learning outcomes, educational equity, and the overall educational landscape.
By integrating these components, the postindustrial behavioral framework facilitates a holistic understanding of how distributed ledger networks can be designed, implemented, and optimized within educational contexts. It provides a roadmap for educators, policymakers, and researchers to leverage the full potential of distributed ledgers in promoting innovative educational practices, fostering collaboration, enhancing transparency, and ensuring learner-centered approaches.
