Potential Abstract:
This study investigates the intersection of race, epistemologies, and perception within the context of a socialist educational regime. Drawing on critical race theory and socio-cultural perspectives, we explore how different epistemological frameworks influence the perceptions and experiences of racially minoritized students in a socialist educational setting. By examining the ways in which race is constructed and understood within the context of a socialist regime, this research aims to uncover the complexities of knowledge production and dissemination in education. Through a qualitative research design, including interviews and observations, we seek to illuminate the ways in which epistemological beliefs shape the educational experiences and outcomes of racially minoritized students in a socialist system. Our findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the ways in which race, epistemologies, and perception intersect in educational settings characterized by socialist ideologies.
