Potential Abstract:
Creativity in education is often understood as a complex interplay of personal narratives, social interactions, and contextual influences. This study explores the use of social network analysis through a hermeneutic lens to uncover the underlying dynamics of creative processes within educational settings. By examining the interconnectedness of individuals, groups, and ideas within these networks, we aim to provide a deeper understanding of how creativity is nurtured and sustained in educational environments. Through the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data, we seek to uncover the underlying structures and mechanisms that facilitate or hinder the flow of creative ideas.
Drawing on theories of narrative inquiry and social network analysis, this research employs a mixed-methods approach to examine the creative narratives that emerge within educational contexts. By analyzing the relationships between actors, the flow of information, and the emergence of collaborative partnerships, we aim to uncover the underlying patterns that shape creative practices. By integrating hermeneutic interpretations with quantitative measurements, we seek to provide a more holistic understanding of creativity within educational environments.
This study contributes to the growing body of literature on creativity in education by offering a novel framework for analyzing and interpreting the complex interplay of narratives and social networks. By combining qualitative insights with quantitative data, we aim to provide a more nuanced understanding of how creativity is fostered and sustained within diverse educational contexts. Our findings have implications for educators, policymakers, and researchers seeking to promote creativity and innovation in educational settings.
