Potential Abstract:
In the realm of educational research, the concept of participation has traditionally been viewed through various theoretical lenses, often focusing on individual agency and cognitive processes. However, this study proposes a novel approach by reframing the notion of participation through the dual perspectives of pragmatism and socialism. Drawing on the works of Dewey and Marx, this research explores how the integration of cloud operations (cloud ops) technology can enhance participatory practices in educational settings, while also considering the collective and social dimensions inherent in teaching and learning. By adopting a pragmatic stance that emphasizes the experiential and problem-solving aspects of education, and incorporating socialist principles of equity and social justice, this study aims to provide a holistic framework for understanding and promoting participation in education. Through a series of case studies and qualitative analyses, we examine the potential benefits and challenges of implementing cloud ops tools within a socialist educational context, shedding light on the ways in which technology can be harnessed to support collaborative and inclusive learning environments. By combining philosophical insights with practical applications, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on participatory pedagogy and offers new perspectives on the role of technology in education.
