Abstract: This study examines the potential of Creative Commons licenses in transforming online cyberspaces in education through a multivoiced approach. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, educators face the challenge of navigating issues related to copyright, ownership, and sharing of educational resources. The use of Creative Commons licenses provides a legal framework that promotes open access to educational materials while allowing creators to retain control over their work. In this research, we adopt a multivoiced approach, incorporating diverse perspectives of educators, students, and content creators to explore the impact of Creative Commons in educational settings. By reframing online cyberspaces through the lens of Creative Commons, we aim to empower stakeholders in creating, sharing, and accessing knowledge in more collaborative and inclusive ways.
