Potential Abstract: This study explores the influence of flexible mindsets on educators’ perception of conservative market practices within the education sector. Drawing on the theoretical frameworks of mindset theory and market conservatism, we investigate how educators’ beliefs and attitudes towards adaptability and innovation shape their views on market-driven policies and practices in education. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with educators from diverse backgrounds, we aim to uncover the underlying factors that contribute to the acceptance or resistance towards market-oriented reforms in educational settings. By understanding the interplay between flexible mindsets and conservative market perceptions, this research contributes to the ongoing dialogue on the intersections of educational philosophy, policy, and practice.
