Potential Abstract: This research study explores the intersection of operant networks and distributed ledgers within neoliberal educational contexts, specifically focusing on the implications for rural education. With the increasing reliance on technology and data-driven decision-making in education, it is essential to understand how these emerging technologies impact educational systems, particularly in rural areas where access to resources and opportunities may be limited. Drawing on principles of operant conditioning and network theory, this study investigates how distributed ledger technologies can be leveraged to promote more equitable and efficient educational practices in rural communities. By examining the potential benefits and challenges of implementing these technologies in neoliberal educational systems, this research aims to inform policy and practice recommendations that support the unique needs of rural schools and students.
