Potential Abstract: This research article explores the potential of open collective microlearning environments in addressing unanswered questions in education. With the growing interest in microlearning as a way to deliver targeted and personalized educational content, there is a need to investigate how these approaches can be leveraged in open and collective settings. By examining the intersection of open education, collective intelligence, and microlearning, this study aims to shed light on the implications for educational practices and policies. Drawing on both artificial intelligence and education research perspectives, the research will delve into the design and implementation of open collective microlearning environments, considering factors such as learner autonomy, community engagement, and knowledge sharing. The study will also explore how these environments can foster collaboration, social interaction, and knowledge co-creation among learners from diverse backgrounds. Through a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews, surveys, and data analytics, the research seeks to provide insights into the effectiveness and challenges of open collective microlearning initiatives.
