Potential Abstract: The Interplanetary File System (IPFS) is a decentralized, peer-to-peer network protocol that is revolutionizing the way information is stored, shared, and accessed online. This paper investigates the intersection of real-time conversations, politics, and the transformative potential of IPFS in educational settings. By leveraging the decentralized nature of IPFS, educators are able to facilitate dynamic and engaging discussions that transcend traditional boundaries of time and space. This study examines how real-time conversations within the IPFS framework can empower learners to critically engage with diverse perspectives, challenge existing power structures, and co-create knowledge in collaborative and inclusive ways. Drawing on theories of critical pedagogy and digital literacy, we explore the implications of using IPFS as a platform for fostering democratic dialogue, social justice advocacy, and transformative learning experiences. Through a series of case studies and participatory action research, we highlight the opportunities and challenges of integrating IPFS into educational practice, and offer recommendations for educators seeking to harness the full potential of this innovative technology. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on the intersection of technology, politics, and education, and provides insights into the role of real-time conversations in promoting social change and empowering learners in the digital age.
