Potential Abstract: In the evolving landscape of education, the integration of virtual learning environments has become increasingly prevalent. This shift brings about new opportunities and challenges, particularly in how educational objectives are shaped and pursued. This research article examines the role of open data in guiding decision-making processes within virtual educational spaces, which are often characterized by contested viewpoints and diverse stakeholder interests. By exploring the concept of regotiation, defined as the iterative process of renegotiating objectives based on evolving data and feedback, this study investigates how educators and administrators navigate complexities in determining and redefining educational goals in virtual environments.
