Potential Abstract:
This research article explores the potential of using ChatGPT, a cutting-edge AI technology, to address inequities in education through experiential learning approaches. Drawing on a Foucauldian theoretical framework, we examine how ChatGPT can be leveraged to create personalized and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs and backgrounds. By centering on the concept of power and surveillance in education, we analyze the implications of deploying AI technologies like ChatGPT in educational settings, particularly in mitigating disparities in access and outcomes among students from marginalized communities. Through a critical examination of the ethical and pedagogical dimensions of utilizing ChatGPT in education, this study sheds light on the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating AI into experiential learning practices. By emphasizing the role of ChatGPT as a potential solution to educational inequities, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the intersection of AI, education, and social justice.
