Potential Abstract: This research explores the intersection of democratic models, development operations (Dev Ops), and Derridean philosophy in the context of regotiation within educational settings. Drawing on the principles of democracy, Dev Ops practices, and Derrida’s deconstructive approach, this study investigates how power dynamics, collaborative practices, and the renegotiation of meaning impact educational processes and outcomes. Through a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews, document analysis, and participatory observations, the study aims to uncover the complexities of regotiation in educational environments.
By examining how democratic principles shape decision-making processes, how Dev Ops methodologies influence collaboration and innovation, and how Derrida’s deconstruction philosophy challenges established norms and structures, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how educational systems can be reimagined and transformed. The findings of this study have implications for policy-makers, educators, and researchers interested in promoting inclusivity, equity, and critical engagement within educational institutions.
