Potential Abstract:
This research article explores the intersection of political factors and object-oriented textuality within the context of hackathons. Hackathons, collaborative events where individuals come together to solve problems through technological innovation, have gained prominence as platforms for addressing social and political challenges. However, little attention has been given to the ways in which political factors influence the textuality and outcomes of hackathon projects. By applying an interdisciplinary lens drawing from the fields of artificial intelligence, education, and political science, this study aims to shed light on the relationship between political factors and object-oriented textuality in hackathons.
This research adopts a qualitative comparative analysis methodology to examine a sample of hackathon projects across various political contexts. By analyzing the textual artifacts produced during these events, such as project descriptions, code repositories, and project documentation, the study aims to identify patterns and themes related to political factors and object-oriented textuality. Furthermore, interviews with participants and organizers will provide insights into the decision-making processes and the negotiation of political factors within the hackathon environment.
The findings of this research have important implications for understanding the role of political factors in shaping the outcomes of hackathon projects. By uncovering how political considerations influence the choice of technologies, project goals, and problem-solving strategies, this study contributes to our understanding of the social and political implications of hackathons. Moreover, this research provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers seeking to leverage hackathons as a means to foster political engagement and social change.
