Unraveling the Gestalt of Critical Causal Models in Microlearning Programs

Potential Abstract:
In recent years, the integration of microlearning programs into educational settings has gained significant attention due to its potential to facilitate personalized and efficient learning experiences. However, the effectiveness of these programs heavily relies on the underlying causal models employed to structure content delivery and assessment. This study investigates the role of critical causal models in microlearning programs, utilizing a gestalt approach to analyze how different components interact to influence learning outcomes. By examining the interplay between individual program elements and their collective impact, this research aims to provide insights into optimizing the design and implementation of microlearning initiatives within educational contexts. Through a mixed-methods research design, including qualitative interviews with educators and quantitative analysis of student performance data, this study seeks to uncover the underlying mechanisms that drive the success of microlearning programs.
